Terms of Service

Use of Refer Me depends upon you the user agreeing to the terms .

1. Basic Regulations

a. Refer Me means an individual user who has registered for requesting referral.
c. User should create their CV using profile generator.
d. User should not share their password to any one.
e. Candidate will get confirmation of submitting their CV's via email with .
f. Companies registered under campus placement dont need to pay any amount to REFER ME.
g. Companies looking for internship have to pay students according to their job role .
h. Employer has to pay Refer Me for per joining.
i. College and Training institutes must register on our website for their placement .
j. After every three months candidates CV will be deleted from database .
k. If a candidate wants to apply again he\she has to submit their CV again
l. Once account is created with refer me user can use same credentials to upload their CV again.
m.Candidate is not authorized to ask any information about the referrer till his referral confirmation.
n. Refer me allow interaction with employer only when candidate's CV is shortlisted.
o. All communication between candidate and employer will be known to refer me .
p. Taxes include taxes, government charges, service tax , fees, levies, any penalty for not paying same and any liability for same.
q. Companies registered under Campus Placement must offer salary more than 2.4 LPA and must be 3 year old with more than 20 full time employee .
r. Candidate must follow the rules of payment and fees.
s. All payment for Indian candidate should be paid in INR.
t. Subject to the terms of this Refer me permits user a right to use Refer me.
u. User is allowed to apply maximum one job each week .
v. User should not try to generate other's CV using CV builder.
w.We do not have official agreement with all companies listed for their hiring .We are in touch with employee of that companies also.
x. Any company who want to go ahead for bulk hiring graduate services they have to do official agreement with REFER ME.

2. User's Responsibilities

User shall:
a. User shall agree to be bound by the Refer me rules as if same were set out in here in full and which rules may be updated and changed from time to time
The user shall not publish anything which would be considered defamatory, knowingly inaccurate, offensive or which would infringe the rights of third parties.
b. Apply or accept, without delay, all updates issued by Refer me from time to time to which User is entitled.
c. Agree to and comply with the terms and conditions of any third party software or services supplied by Refer me or made available with Refer me and or not use such third party software and services.
d. Comply with all applicable laws including those that apply in relation to employment for the relevant jurisdiction
e. Conduct all appropriate virus and security checks.
f. Immediately advise Refer me in writing upon user becoming aware of any person using Refer me who is not authorized by Refer me to do so; and

User shall not:
a. Copy, reproduce, translate, adapt, vary, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, create derivative works of, sub-license, rent, lease, loan or distribute Refer me other than as expressly authorized by this term.
b. Engage in password sharing, remote desktop access or port aggregation without the express permission of Refer me.
c. Install, upload or execute any computer programs which have not been checked and are not expressly specified by Refer me as suitable.
d. Interfere with the network or disrupt any other user, service or equipment.
e. Permit any act which infringes the Intellectual Property Rights which subsist in Refer me and which belong to Refer me
f. Provide or otherwise make available Refer me in any form to any other person.
g. Use Refer me for any illegal,unauthorized or dangerous purpose including unsolicited commercial e-mail.
h. Use Refer me to publish any material for which it is not the Intellectual Property Right to owner or licensed by the Intellectual Property Right owner or is defamatory.
i. Involved in running any scrip on website refer me which may cause damage in website functionality .
j. Use refer me in any personal monetary benefit without permission of REFER ME.
k. Write any thing on official social media page or anywhere which lead to misguide services offered by REFER ME to other users without any reason and permission by REFER ME.

3. Refer me rights

Refer me May whilst being under no obligation to do so and at its sole discretion, without notice or giving any reason or incurring any liability for doing such
a. Delete, remove or refuse to publish any listing;
b. Delete, remove or refuse to publish any material which is, in its sole opinion, without limitation:
i. Dangerous;
ii. Found in an unauthorised area;
iii. Excessive in volume;
iv. Unauthorised;
v. Unlawful;
vi. In breach of Refer me 's reasonable use or Publishing Policy and
c. Take action if it suspects that malicious, illegal or unacceptable usage of Refer me is occurring or has occurred, including destruction or disposal of User's access passwords.
d. Revoke or discontinue the Refer me service at Refer me sole discretion.

4. Disclaimer & Acknowledgments

User acknowledges that:
a. Hiring and recommending employees is a complex area and Refer me is not designed as a substitute in any way for professional advice and due diligence.
b. Referral of a candidate through Refer me does not in any way represent an endorsement or warranty by Refer me for that Candidate
c. Refer me disclaims full responsibility for confirming and verifying any information provided by users or candidates.
d. Refer me does not verify the any listing, endorsement or advertisement nor does Refer me in any way warrant, adopt or endorse same as its own
e. Refer me does not necessarily comply with any standard or legislation
f. Refer me is licensed on the strict understanding that, subject to the warranties below Refer me is not responsible for the results of any actions taken, either by User, a Candidate, a third party or a third party relying on data supplied by Refer me.
g. Refer me cannot and does not warrant that Refer me shall be available 24 hours a day or that any defect shall be corrected within a specific time frame
h. Refer me is not necessarily secure, virus free or without defect.
i. Refer me is not responsible for.
i. Ensuring that Refer me is suitable for user's requirements or fit for any purpose.
ii. Any interruption to Refer me due to equipment failure, the need for routine maintenance, peak demand etc.
iii. The supply or maintenance of User's equipment, software or telephone lines.
iv. Monitoring, controlling or ensuring the accuracy, appropriateness or content of any information on the internet and does not do so and
j. Any software available on the internet or supplied by third parties.
k. Refer me may, from time to time, make available various support services and other assistance in relation to Refer me.
L. Job interview and walkin event scheduled by company is verified by but if it is cancelled due to any reason on the same day, postponed or preponed REFER ME is not responsible for that.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

a. REFER ME retains all the Intellectual Property Rights in REFER ME
b. User hereby assigns all its Intellectual Property Rights it may have arising from or in relation to any of its suggestions or requirements in relation to the Refer me to Refer me immediately as such rights are capable of assignment.
c. This assignment is absolute, worldwide and includes all present and future Intellectual Property Rights arising from or in relation to Refer me.
d. User acknowledges that User's right to make any use of materials assigned pursuant to this term, is dependent upon Refer me granting an express licence to User, the granting and terms of which shall be at the sole discretion of Refer me .
e. Refer me reserves your login credential

6. Confidential Information

To the extent that Confidential Informations not in the public domain (other than by way of breach of this Term) and is not known by User at the time of disclosure,User
a. shall.
i. Keep such information confidential;
ii. Take all necessary precautions to prevent any disclosure of Confidential Information to unauthorised third parties; and
iii. Inform Refer me of any suspected or actual disclosure of Confidential Information and
b. shall not, without the express written consent of Refer me:
i. Directly or indirectly divulge or communicate or otherwise disclose any Confidential Information, in whole or part to any third party.
ii. Use any Confidential Information, other than for the express purpose set out in this Term
iii. Remove or cause to be removed from Refer me systems any Confidential Information.
c. User shall be responsible for all use of the Confidential Information whether authorised by user or not
d. This %strong Clause shall survive the termination of this term.

7. Fees,refund and cancellation Policy

a. Users shall pay Refer me the Fees and any other charges due without withholding, deduction or offset of any amounts for any purpose. Fees payable to Refer me are net of any bank, payment processor or merchant fees.
b. Refer me may increase or decrease the Fee at any time.
c. New fee will be valid only for new user
d. Refer me will not refund any fee if candidate is selected in any of the referral.
e. Refer me only refunds your fee if it fails to provide your job referral within specified time limit.
f. Refer me will be refund after deducting fee 20% and services tax per government norms and payment processing charge.
g. Refer me will initiate your refund only after three month from date of payment .
h. Refer me will ask user’s personal bank account detail at the time of refund.
i. Refer me will transfer amount in user’s personal bank account only provided at the time of refund
j.Once a user’s payment is process he can ask for cancellation only within 12 hour via mail on contact@referme.co.in
k.Refer Me is only liable till maximum fee paid by candidate.

8. Suspension of Obligations

If User breaches any provision of this term Refer me may, without further notice to User,
a. Suspend all its obligations to User under this term
b. Disable Refer me using time out codes, remote access or other technological measures and or
c. Disables from any kind of refund .
To the extent permitted by law and except as expressly provided to the contrary in this term, Refer me shall not be under any liability (contractual, tortuous or otherwise) to User in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) howsoever caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect to the supply of goods or services pursuant to this term or an act, failure or omission of Refer me.
